AMER AM Partnership Commission Program

Account Managers have the opportunity to earn commission by signing up clients with a selection of current Fareharbor Software Partners. Connecting clients with these partners will result in a more committed operator base and fuels additional revenue streams for FareHarbor.

Commission Tracking Process

When you have identified a good fit and referred a client to a partner, you will submit the Partner Commission Tracking form. You must submit one form per shortname (tip: be sure to copy your pitch so you can paste it into other forms if needed).

Eligible partners and commissions

• Smartwaiver: $25
• Fotaflo: $100 + $50 donated to support those affected by the Maui fires
• ClearSky: $50
• Podium: $75
• Tour Advantage: $35
• Grasshopper: $50

Requirements/Considerations

• Referrals are valid for 1 year and go to the most recent AM to pitch the partner

• Must be pitched over a phone call. Can be followed up with over email, but if it’s not pitched and discussed with a client over a call it doesn’t count.

• If a client prefers email communication, AMs must get approval from Managers that the client can be pitched over an email vs phone.

• Be thoughtful about who partners are pitched to! Not every client is a good fit for every Software Partnership and we don’t want to impact AM’s credibility or lessen a client’s experience by signing them up with a bad fit partnership.

• It’s imperative that AM still makes sure their priorities match those of the AM department. AMs should be cognizant of the time being spent on this initiative.

• For unique circumstances not covered by these requirements/considerations, reach out to your manager for clarification and approval.
