Managing affiliate agents
Last updated: October 8, 2021
Agents are members of an affiliate’s team that make bookings on your Dashboard, like individual reservationists or concierges. You can run reports on agents to see which have made which bookings during a given time period. This can be useful for concierge desks, where each team member should get a commission from the bookings they created.
Follow the instructions below to set up your Dashboard to report on agents.
Note: These steps must be performed while logged into an affiliate Dashboard.
Adding an agent
- Navigate to Settings > Agents.
- Select + New Agent and type the agent’s name.
- Select Save.
Each agent is given a permanent ID number, which remains the same even when the name is changed.

Tagging an agent on a booking
When making a booking on behalf of an affiliate, follow these steps to tag the agent on the booking.
- Select an availability to create a booking.
- Select the desired affiliate from the affiliate dropdown.
- Select the Agent dropdown menu and select the agent making the booking.
Continue making the booking as normal. After the booking has been completed, the agent’s name will be shown in the booking notes under the “Affiliate name” section.

Reporting on agent activity
- Navigate to Reports > Bookings > Agents.
- Use the Advanced settings to customize the report based on date range, filters, and information shown.
- Generate the report.
Each agent is shown with the number of bookings they made along with the amount payable or receivable. Though invoices are still typically paid out in a lump sum, affiliates can use this tool to determine how commissions should be divided amongst their agents.

Deleting agent accounts
- Navigate to Settings > Agents.
- Select Edit next to the agent you’d like to delete.
- Select the gray Edit button.
- Choose Delete and confirm your selection.
